Returns & Exchanges

Return or Exchange Orders:
Customers can request an exchange or return within a maximum period of 15 days in the following cases: if the goods are received damaged or defective, if a wrong shipment is received, or if there is a manufacturing defect.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. Please ensure you include your name, mobile number, order number, specify whether you want a return or exchange, list the items you wish to cancel, the new items you desire, and attach a note with a detailed explanation of the reason for the return or refund request.

Ensure that the items remain in their original condition, without tampering, opening, or reducing any of their contents; otherwise, they will not be accepted. Also, return or exchange requests must be made within 15 days of receiving the products.

We do not accept returns for perishable items; it is our significant responsibility to send a product that might be damaged due to poor storage (we do our utmost to protect our loyal customers and always ensure their safety).

If the item you requested for exchange is no longer available in our inventory, you will be contacted to choose a new item or to accept a refund.

You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with your returned product. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for the returned product, the shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount (if the delivered shipment does not match your order, no shipping or other fees will be charged for the return).

The delivery time for the exchanged product may vary depending on your location.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of its receipt and whether it meets the conditions for refunding your amount. If the product meets the return conditions, its value will be automatically refunded.
