How to Use Apply the OFF! insect repellent lotion to exposed skin as needed before heading outdoors, up to 3 times per day. As part of your skincare routine, cleanse with the Green Plum Refreshing Cleanser on wet skin, then apply the TOCOBO Cica Calming Gel Cream to soothe and hydrate. Finish with the Relief Sun Aqua Fresh SPF50 as the last step of your morning routine, applied generously 15 minutes before sun exposure and reapplied every 2-3 hours.
